White Oak Floor with water-based Polyurethane finish.
We have been living on multiple layers of linoleum and plywood for almost a year now. It is not that we are lazy, but I hadn’t found a flooring I was happy with, until we came across this batch of raw white oak, I had to fill, sand and varnish it, but it was worth it. There are lots of short lengths left over so I am sure you will see this timber re-appearing in other small projects. because it is a relatively large open plan space I wanted wider boards than we normally see here, but in this climate I wouldn’t go wider than these unless it was an engineered board
